Enjoy spending time with your “Little” on the weekends or evenings. You can go to dinner, read a book, watch a movie, play sports or do any other activity that you both enjoy.
Enjoy the same acitivies as in a Community Based match with a child of an
incarcerated parent. There is specialized training for mentors in this program.
Spend an hour a week with a “Little” at one of our partner schools having lunch, reading a book, working on a craft project, or just hanging out.
Share your lunch hour one day a week with a Little at his/her school during the
school year. Eat, play and talk together.
Participate in weekly activities in a group setting with teenagers involved in the
Juvenile Justice System. There is a Step Up group for both girls and boys.
Prepare college-bound stydents from low-income backgrounds for the transition to
higher education through workshops tutoring and mentoring.
Schedule a home pickup (or drop off) your slightly used clothing, furniture and
household items to support our mentoring programs.
